Life in the trenches
The life in the tranches was rough out on soldiers. They had to worry about rats catching diseases, shellfire and body lice. to a fault the food was the limited supply toward the end of the war. The nursing in the trench was bad and if some one get hurt it could be take a while until he was treaded. as well as the solider were getting a small daily ratio of inebriant. The alcohol helped them to be a stronger mentally while they were a little bit drunk also they were more outstanding with the alcohol in their blood. The tranches were build from both sides of fight the land surrounded by the trenches were called the no mans land. The front line was the stark part of it because just being at that place you could get killed by opponent or by your own people. alike thither was really hard to move on the land between the trenches, because it was muddy.
Behind the front line there was a parley trench. The communication trench were used to transport men, equipment, and food supplies. Also the back of the trench was a lots of long jog artillery equipment. Soldiers usually served eight days on the side line, then four days in the reserve trench. That was followed by a four-day resting period away from the trenches. However, this system wasnt always followed when there was a shortage of men. Sometimes men would serve weeks on the front line.
