The Ethics of Nuclear Power

For example, many people believe that if they are tampered with, nuclear power plants result become an atomic bomb. Many are excessively afraid of potential terrorist attacks on nuclear power plants. This will not happen, and in fact, the worst case scenario, in which a meltdown occurs in the reactor, will not do that practically harm. This is because in a modern reactor, the core is shielded with reinforce concrete which prevents radiation from leaking out.
Those concrete barriers are also fast enough to easily withstand the force of an airliner crashing into it, so the fears approximately terrorists attacking nuclear power plants are unfounded as well.
As a written product, this essay is reasonable good, but as a product of reasoning and research it is a failure. The source mentions the Vermont Yankee incident, but does not mention either terce Mile Island or Chernobyl, which are much more significant. Further, the generator fails to mention the problems involved with the decommissioning of nuclear power plants and the fact that they head high-level radioactive waste which will remain dodgy for thousands of years. The essay appears based on a single bind rather than anything approaching objective research. In short, I would not consider this essay credible without balancing counter-views.
